When I was hurting from continual throbbing headaches day after day I was at a point of saying I simply cant stand it anymore. I was returning from a driving trip to Tacoma two years ago with deep neck and head pain when I noticed a sandwich board along side your office building proclaiming that “HEADACHES ARE NOT NORMAL”.

I was skeptical about such claims, especially since I had had more than a year of physical therapy following a whiplash accident injury. Those 3 times a week treatments felt good but merely provided temporary relief. I consulted a Dr. of Osteopathy who stated that my neck condition was “the worst he had ever seen”. He scheduled me for surgery, but a spine and neck specialist in Seattle advised that it would be risky to operate. I used Advil, Aleve and Tylenol with no real relief.

My car made a hard right into the Action Chiropractic parking lot that day two years ago because I wanted to believe “headaches aren’t normal’. I have been a regular patient of Dr. Brian’s for two plus years. His x-rays show continued improvement in my neck area of the spine. I have been able to travel and engage in normal activities without the constant companion of pain.

In truth, I can now attest that headaches for me are a rarity, and indeed are not normal!
